Below are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive from our customers.

We clean the garbage cans on your trash pickup day.

No, you cannot switch out the cans you get cleaned. We will place a tag or sticker on the cans during your first service, and we will not clean any cans at your residence unless they have that tag/sticker. If you require additional cans to be cleaned, you can add them through the customer portal or by calling us.

There are two ways to view your scheduled cleaning days:

  • Log into your customer portal and click on the "Subscription Details" tab in the sidebar.
  • We offer text alerts that notify you when a cleaning is scheduled, when our driver is en route, and upon completion.
